Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - 100 Key Points and Techniques

We are proud to announce that the manuscript for a new Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) textbook has just been submitted to the publisher, Routledge.  It has been co-written by Richard Bennett from Think Psychology, and Joe Oliver from Contextual Consulting, and will form part of the popular '100 Key Points and Techniques' range, aimed at providing accessible guides to different models of therapy.  The book will be available in Spring 2019.
